How long does it take to receive my order?
All products are made to order and typically ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes before production begins.

What color options are available?
All of our products are available in Black, Blue, Red, Green, Gray, and Purple. 

Do the speaker boxes come with a battery?
We offer both units! All BASIC models DO NOT come with a battery. All RECHARGEABLE units come equipped with a built-in 12v, 10Ah rechargeable battery.

How do I work my box? 
You will receive an information card with your purchase, or you can navigate to our Get Started page for videos and further instruction. If you still need support, please feel free to reach out to us directly. 

Do you make custom boxes?
Absolutely! Please contact us prior to purchasing a Toro Tuned Box for custom requests/builds (dancing lights, different speakers, add-ons, etc)

Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within the United States. 

How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
